A three-day seminar for students, graduates, and junior professionals is aimed at presenting and discussing conditions, circumstances, and practices in entrepreneurial engagement in the heritage sector. Presenters will be directors of SMEs, partners in the Project, and other invited speakers (e.g. experts in economy, tourism, members of commerce chambers, representatives of public authorities in the heritage sector).
The seminar will be divided into two parts. The first part will be dedicated to the presentation of the development of forms of entrepreneurial practice in different European countries, cases of good practices, and the impact of the entrepreneurial practice in heritage protection and management.
The second part will discuss the potentials and opportunities in the countries of the HERISTEM partnership, particularly those which are still developing modes of entrepreneurial engagement. The aim of the seminar is to adequately inform students and graduates in potentials for their future careers.
